Exclusively and perfect for kids lunch boxes..Fresh veggies, finely chopped marinated well in hung yogurt..With mild spices..



8 slices of bread
¾ cup hung Curd( from 1 1/2 cup curd)
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
½ capsicum chopped
Sweet corn 1 tbsps
1/2 Carrot finely chopped
 green chilly and finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/8 tsp red chilly powder
1/8 tsp chaat masala

Olive Oil/butter/ghee to grease the bread lightly

Take all the chopped vegetables in a wide pan.Add hung curd to it.
Mix all the spices and salt and mix properly.
Grease bread slices lightly on one side. Apply a thick layer of hung curd mixture on bread.
Grill in a sandwich maker or Tawa.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
