Cheesy Garlic Bread
For Garlic Butter Spread:
•1/2 cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped
To Prepare the Dough:
1 cup plain flour / maida / all purpose flour cup warm milk
1/4 1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar AND pinch of salt
3 garlic pods,finely minced,
1/2 tsp tsp oregano
1 tsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 tsp oil
Added Ingredients:
1 cup mozzarella cheese,
chili flakes, oregano and italian herbs as required
Method:
Garlic Dough Recipe:
In a large mixing bowl take warm milk, dry yeast and sugar. mix well.
rest for few minutes. To this, add pinch of salt, gratedarlic and oregano.
Add butter and maida, to the above yeast mix, make the dough ready by adding oil.
Cover and rest it for 3 to 4 hours.
How to do Garlic Bread:
Again knead the dough well.
In a small bowl mix in butter, finely minced garlic and coriander leaves.
Coat well on the prepared garlic butter over the dough evenly
Spread with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough. Season with chili flakes, oregano and mixed herbs.
Fold the dough and seal the edges properly.
Do coat again,on top of the dough.(prepared garlic butter) also top with chili flakes and mixed herbs.
Give a gentle mark over bread( dont cut the dough)
Preheated oven at 180 degree celsius(356 degree fahrenheit,approximate) for 15 minutes.
Bake them to medium brown,watch them thoroughly while baking.
Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
